bored with guild wars, then I spend time here (especially if its really late at night).
During the day I will just leave my house (now that the weather is FINALLY improving).....otherwise there is tv, books, music.....and then some chores like cleaning (ugh, me hate cleaning)....

so I usually take a vacation from playing.

If I am just bored with a character----well I have 16 level 20's to choose from, I will play a different one for a while---or I have some mules that get some screen time as well---doing the beginners quests in factions...or nightfall....and yes 2 pre-searing ones as well.....

I'd quit playing but if you don't want to do that go title hunting (that's what it's there for) with your friends although that's pretty boring too IMHO.

I generally get out the dragonlance for the hundrenth time (hundrenth) and try for an HA group every odd hour. Otherwise I enjoy running solo through Postsearing on my main Ranger splintering stuff and shouting Leroy Jenkins as I pwn Flame Temple Corridor.
Thats only good for bout half an hour though
I also enjoy making wisecracks in places like Magumaa Stadium. You ever noticed how many people you actually meet there? I like to hang out in random places, like give my char a holiday on that beach in Kryta. Im hopeless in cities bigger than Cavalon, and even then... Standup comedy is always fun too

Bored with GW? you mean like since you got R10 Ursan and have the UW, FoW and Mallyx quests all completed (for the umpteenth time), and you realised GW had no future and was therefore, essentially, dead? Did I mention how Ursanway ruined the game by replacing all the skills with UB and Healer's Boon?

Hmm, I started playing Warcraft 3 RT games again, now, that's an old game with durability!
The PvP in Warcraft 3 has this cool thing called 'game balance', and the tactics start in the game instead of before the game!

Seeya GW - fond farewell : )

PS: Why do people always say they're going to read a good book? I mean, is anyone out there reading books they think are bad as a leisure activity?

I start word fights in cities and outposts an arenas. All you have to do is say a mesmer or ranger or assassin suks and it doesn't take long to start it up. lmao. It amazes me the simpletons that will jump right in and be controlled by me for oh 10 or 15 minutes. Works everytime too. lmao. A lot of people ingame and even on this forum need "anger management classes". <grin>

"I'M Bored"

This is the worst thing I have heard. It is forbidden to be typed into our guild chat. This is a direct simplified version of,"I am incapable of having my own fun or imagination, please come hold my hand so I feel special, I'm lonely."

Look, here is the deal, I have been playing GW for almost 3 years and NEVER have been bored. Why? Because I have goals. I try different things and I am capable of having a great time with or without my guild mates.

Things to try:
- Don't do the same thing over and over for hours on end, spice of life.

- Try different builds.

- Create a challenge for your self.
(This is not my original idea but man is it fun. Make a Proph character, play the game through only using what you can acquire from drops and NPC's. No cheating and selling/buying from players. No runs. No party members that are a higher level than you. No heroes allowed EVER, even if they are not yours.
No tomes. You can only buy skills that that trainer originally offers, nothing that says "unlocked" next to it. o ya and NO STORAGE.)

I alternate my gaming time between two games. GW and Inner Sphere Wars. I have been playing GW pretty steadily for the past 3 years and was starting to get burned out. When I started alternating my games that fixed that 'Burned out' feeling.

I begin to run missions with very fun builds like, Illusionary Weapon Assassins Squads, or I'll show up on the Lux side of Aspenwood and start casting Mending on everyone and act like a Bot on my second account.

I'll usually take a break and play another game, go back and help people with missions I've already done, or play on another profession.

That's the most boringest thing to try to play I've ever read. Hell why don't you just not play if you're going to ironman yourself with all those stupid rules.
The idea in every rpg I've ever played is to "advance" and GW has no advancement past level 20 and +15%^50. That is boring. The content is old and the AI is either too easy (normal mode) or too hard (hard mode) and the drops are pitiful (normal mode) or still not enough good ones (hard mode). This game is just dead or dying. I can't wait for GW2 and hope to gawd there's unlimited levels and phat loot galore cause this one has just become a childs romper room toy of a game.
